  • Seasonal - Fee: Starting as low as $799.99

  • Per Incident Charge: Our standard pricing is per incident.

  • We prepare your property with calcium chloride before each storm; at the end of each snowfall, we clear your snow ( 2" - 4" is included in the above cost ) and anti-ice your shoveled property.

MANAGING YOUR SNOW IN 4 STEPS

  • STEP 1: Identify Needs
    Dirty streets attract rats and are embarrassing. We can help you with your sweeping, trash and recycling removal requirements. ​ We also help you take care of the following: Compliantly cleaning after 6:00 PM Disposal of flyers, ads & menus Returning and lining bins with 45-gallon bags in bins Cleaning up to 3 days per week Guidance and support with DSNY citations and other matters
  • STEP 2: Understand the Value
    We pride ourselves on reliability, excellent communication, and deep community roots. Understanding that your property is part of a street, we adopt and sweep the entire street weekly, after the seventh home on your block signs up.
