Foot Soldiers was once part of a non-profit organization. Non-profit's address almost every social issue known to man. They are critical to the fabric of society, but to work correctly, stay aligned to their mission, and be most impactful, they need passionate volunteers, competent board members, generous donors provide. Here are some local organizations that we  have taken a liking to. Consider supporting them with your passion, competency and or genoricity.

• Children of Promise NYC - a community-centered organization that partners with children and families impacted by mass incarceration to dismantle the stigma and heal from the trauma plaguing Black and Brown communities. Located in Bed-Stuy and the South Bronx

• Bridge Street Development Corportation - provides civic and economic opportunities to the residents of Central Brooklyn with an emphasis on low-to-moderate income residents. Located in Bed-Stuy

• Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island - provides a wide-spectrum of human and social services assisting all segments of the population, citywide, through five divisions: Seniors, Education, Management, Vocation, and Community. Located in Coney Island

• The Magnolia Tree Earth Center - creates community awareness of ecological, horticultural and environmental concerns and to introduce inner city children to careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) that foster urban beautification, earth stewardship, and community sustainability. Located in Bed-Stuy
